  4. As of CD-Rom 10,  we no longer include an Installer with the disc. Instead, the relevant system software is available to install if necessary.

  6. In these folders (PowerPC Items, Normal Mac Items) we include QuickTime and Sound Manager, also QuickTime PowerPlug and Apple Multimedia Tuner should you not already have these on your system.

  8. All can be installed by simply dragging the items from the relevant folder into your closed System Folder.

  10. To enable digital video to be played from all our discs, we include QuickTime 2.0 as discs one to five require version 2.0; (thereafter all discs will play with 2.0 or later). You may be running with a later version of QuickTime; to play discs one to five you will need to install QuickTime 2.0. You can re-instally 2.1 afterwards if you wish. We include both versions here.

  12. Sound Manager 3.0 is required to deliver and control sound.

  14. QuickTime PowerPlug is required to be installed on PowerPCs to enable QuickTime to work correctly. Apple Multimedia Tuner enhances the performance of QuickTime.

  16. All this software (except QuickTime 2.0) tends to be standard installed items on current Apple computers, in which case there should be no need to install.
